We were the main contractor responsible for modernising Gentoo Group’s own social housing stock to better than Decent Homes standard five years ahead of schedule, using a Partnering Framework to increase efficiency.

We place great emphasis on working closely with clients and providing fantastic customer service, something we’re confident about after delivering well over 23,000 modernisations to properties, the majority of which were occupied.

This focus is evident in the results recorded with Satisfaction Surveys which are carried out after every modernisation of a property. Gentoo Construction achieved 8.8 across all categories, on average giving a 97% customer satisfaction rate.
